4E makes it very easy to capture (or collect), analyze (and act), track (or supervise) your organization performance with at-a-glance view of performance of KPIs owned by you, your immediate subordinates and all reportees within your own organization hierarchy.
In order to deliver value and progress towards organization level goals and objectives, KPIs are disintegrated and assigned to employees with specific targets to be achieved within specific time. KPIs need you to perform work tasks in order to achieve the targets and some work is required to be done from your subordinates, and thus the value chain coincides with the organization hierarchy closely.
To make your KPI management productive and effective, it is important that you not only get a good view of your own KPI performance but also the performance of the KPIs owned by all of your reportees - whether or not the KPI structure cascades as-is through the organization hierarchy.
