Navigating the Scorecard

More actions

View Details:

The View Details option in the menu list will navigate the user to the KPI details screen, where the user can view all the details defined for the KPI and also modify any details (if required).

View Cap-Do:

The View Cap-Do option navigates the user to the Cap-Do screen of the KPI where the user can perform Cap-Do analysis, and add actions and remarks.

View Charts

This enables the users to see the tree view of their KPIs along with the performance of the MP-CPs on a line chart. These are displayed on a side drawer

Extend KPI:

The extend KPI option enables the user to extend any KPI. Click here to read more about it.

Disable/Enable KPI:

The user can disable/enable a KPI at any point in time using the Disable/Enable KPI option. However, this goes through the approval flow (unless there is any approval exemption defined by the admin user).

Fill Data:

This option takes the user to the 'Fill Form' option of the data source of the KPI directly for quick navigation and ease of use. This option is available only if the data source is Internal Form.

Copy KPI:

The copy KPI option is available for all deployed KPIs. It enables users to create exact copies of the selected KPI. Only the Delpoyed KPIs can be copied. The copy KPI option is not visible for the KPIs which are either in Draft or Disabled mode or have not been approved yet (Approval is pending or Acceptance is pending). Users can type in any number between 1 and 10 to create copies. The copies of the KPI are available on the KPI Scorecard page. All the copies stay in the Draft mode unless they are edited and saved. After the draft KPI is edited, it follows the regular approval flow based on the KPI type.

Disable/Enable KPI:

The user can disable/enable a KPI at any point in time using the Disable/Enable KPI option. However, this goes through the approval flow (unless there is any approval exemption defined by the admin user).

Delete KPI:

The user can also delete a KPI using the delete KPI option. This does not require any approval.

However, users can delete ONLY those KPIs which do not have any CPs mapped to them. If any CP is mapped, then the users can either

  1. Remove the MP-CP linkage of all the CPs from their KPI definition and then delete that KPI

  2. Delete all the CPs mapped to the KPI and then delete that KPI

It is advised that users maintain proper caution for deleting or removing the linkage of CPs in 4E for this purpose

Please note, KPI delete is an irreversible process
