How do KPI Actuals calculations work?

The following table explains the data that is available for the various attributes on the CAP-Do page.

Half Yearly

H1=1st Apr 2021 to 30th Sep 2021

H2=1st Oct 2021 to 31st Mar 2022

Actuals - Sums up Actuals of the current half year(H2) (from 1st October, 2021 - 31st March 2022).

Target - Display the Target for current half year(H2) (from 1st October, 2021 - 31st March 2022).

If actuals for current half year (Oct-March 2022) is not available, then actuals of April - Sept 2022 will be summed up and displayed.
If no actuals are present or the data source is not mapped to the KPI, then “-” will be displayed for actuals
If Target for current half year (Oct-March 2022), for which actuals is displayed is not set by the user in the KPI definition, then “-” will be displayed for target

H1=1st Apr 2021 to 30th Sep 2021

H2=1st Oct 2021 to 31st Mar 2022

Actuals - Sums up Actuals of the previous half year(H1) (from 1st April, 2021 - 31st Sept 2021).

Target - Display the Target for previous half year(H1) (from 1st April, 2021 - 31st Sept 2021).

Any data after 30th Sept is not considered since H2 is ongoing.

If no actuals are available for H1 or the data source is not mapped to the KPI, then “-” will be displayed for actuals
If Target for H1(from 1st April, 2021 - 31st Sept 2021) is not set by the user in the KPI definition, then “-” will be displayed for target

Quarterly

Actuals - Sums up Actuals of the current quarter (from 1st January, 2022 - 31st March 2022).

Target - Display the target for current quarter (from 1st January, 2022 - 31st March 2022).

If actuals for current quarter (Jan-March 2022) is not available, then till whichever last quarter the actuals is available, its value will be summed up and displayed.
If no actuals are present or the data source is not mapped to the KPI, then “-” will be displayed for actuals
If Target for current quarter (Jan-March 2022), for which actual is displayed is not set by the user in the KPI definition, then “-” will be displayed for target

Actuals - Sums up Actuals till last quarter from 1st April, 2021 - 31st December, 2021).

Target - Sums up Targets for 1st 3 quarters (from 1st April, 2021 - 31st December, 2021).

Any data/target after 31st Dec is not considered since DCF is ongoing.

If actuals for last quarter (Oct-Dec 2021) is not available, then till whichever last quarter the actuals are available, its value will be summed up and displayed.
If no actuals are present or the data source is not mapped to the KPI, then “-” will be displayed for actuals
If Target for last 3 quarters, for which actual is displayed is not set by the user in the KPI definition, then “-” will be displayed for target

Monthly

Actuals - Sums up Actuals of the current month (from 1st February, 2022 - 16th February, 2022).

Target - Display the target for current Month (February, 2022)..

If actuals for current month(February 2022) is not available, then till whichever last month the actuals is available, its value will be summed up and displayed.
If no actuals are present or the data source is not mapped to the KPI, then “-” will be displayed for actuals
If Target for current month(February 2022), for which actual is displayed is not set by the user in the KPI definition, then “-” will be displayed for target

Actuals - Sums up Actuals till last month (from 1st April, 2021 - 31st January, 2022).

Target - Sums up Targets till last month (from 1st April, 2021 - 31st January, 2022).

Any data/target after 31st Jan is not considered since DCF is ongoing.

If actuals for last month(Jan 2022) is not available, then till whichever last month the actuals is available, its value will be summed up and displayed.

Actuals - Sums up Actuals till last Fortnight (from 1st April, 2021 - 15th February, 2022).

Target - Sums up Targets till last Fortnight (from 1st April, 2021 - 15th February, 2022).

Any data/target after 15th Feb, 2022 is not considered since DCF is ongoing.

Actuals - Sums up Actuals till last week (for Week 46 - from 1st April, 2021 - 12th February, 2022).

Target - Sums up Targets till last week (for Week 46 - from 1st April, 2021 - 12th February, 2022).

Any data/target after 15th Feb, 2022 is not considered since DCF is ongoing.

If actuals for the last week (week 46) is not available, then till whichever week the actuals are available, its value will be summed up and displayed
If no actuals are present or the data source is not mapped to the KPI, then “-” will be displayed for actuals
If Target for last week (week 46), for which actual is displayed is not set by the user in the KPI definition, then “-” will be displayed

Actuals - Sums up Actuals for the month of February till date. Shows Target for Week 46 (February 6, 2022 to February 12, 2022), since this is the week falling in current month which has elapsed.

Actuals - Display actual for yesterday (16th February, 2022).

Target - Display the target for yesterday (16th February, 2022).

If actuals for yesterday(16th February, 2022) is not available, then whichever last actual is available, its value will be displayed.
If no actuals are present or the data source is not mapped to the KPI, then “-” will be displayed
If Target for the day, for which actual is displayed is not set by the user in the KPI definition, then “-” will be displayed

Actuals - Sums up actuals till yesterday (from 1st April, 2021 - 16th February, 2022).
