Reset Password
Please note - this feature is available only if your organization is connected to 4E via auth0, a secure cloud based login (authentication) mechanism.
If your 4E login is connected via your organization’s Active Directory, you may change your password through usual Windows change password routine.
auth0 system admin exists within your orgnization if you face any issues reseting your password and loggin into 4E - just like the system admins of your organization’s Active Directory.
On the login page, click on the link - Forgot Password
Click on Submit and wait for confirmation
If the Email ID is entered correctly and 4E recognizes its validity, 4E will send an email to reset the password
In the email received, click on the confirm link
The user is now redirected to a webpage to reset the password, here obeying the password policy, users can set a new password
