Organisation Details

Organisation Details menu is available only for Admin users.

4E connects with organisation SAP HCM module and/or Active Directory (or any other user management/authenticator module). 4E reads username, IDs, position, department & user groups he/she belongs to, location and reporting structure. The organization tree can be built within 4E knowing the supervisor to reportees structure, which also helps in tracking MP-CP / KPI adoption and reviewing the status of each from any level within the organization.

If the 4E instance does not have the above-mentioned 3rd party integrations, the organisation details are stored and managed manually.

In case of manual management, this module helps the admin to manage the user details and view master data for the departments, locations and organisation hierarchy
